	At Flooring Resources Corporation, we take safety seriously. We have proven that we have the ability to establish an effective safety culture. Our dedication to safety includes, but is not limited to the following: Limited Lift Program - Increased training with proper lift techniques - Increased use of mechanical lifting equipment - Reducing material handling related injuries Safety Glasses Program - Achieve 100% use of safety glasses upon exposure - Eliminate all eye injuries Respirator Program - Training for all employees to use a respirator - Complete protection from air borne hazards Employee Training Program - Safety and Hazard identification training - Use and operation of tools and equipment - Weekly job site Toolbox talks OSHA - Provide the 10 hour safety training for all installers We have daily job site inspections of ongoing jobs by our safety staff as well as all day supervision by the foreman on the job. In addition to this, quarterly safety meetings are held to address any safety issues and any new techniques.
